Teeni over at the Vagueterian Tea Room posted strange search terms people use to get to her site, so I thought I would mention a few of the strange search terms people use to find my site…
Some of the search terms that get people here include;
BURT WARD NUDE (that’s the guy who played Robin on the1960′s Batman television show- yucky).
I Dream of Jeannie Naked ( I think this is a fantasy for nerds…).
Used Vintage Panties (this one is entirely my fault- there is a huge trade in vintage panties on eBay and I have posted about vintage panty start up businesses- jokingly, sort of… hey we’re in a recession here).
Vintage Vulva Pictures (that search was from today- again my fault for my completely innocent and educational post about the origins of lucky horseshoes).
What is a hoochie coocher? ( I get about a half dozen visitors a week who are searching for Hoochie Coochers- apparently there are real people having serious problems with hoochie coochers…)
Mini Chuckwagons ( that’s actually a cool search term).
There is a whole lot more really off the wall search terms that get people to my site from Google. However as you can tell most of the really weird searches have to do with some sort of nudity and or vintage porn. My site doesn’t generally cater to those types, but since all visitors are welcome I thought I would at least offer up a little vintage nudity on my site. So for the naked vintage visitors- I give you this parting shot of Casper the Friendly Ghost’s back side. It’s totally nude and the cool thing is it glows in the dark…
AhHAHAHA! A glowing moon! Wow – you get some interesting and sleazy search terms. I get some sleazy ones too but I filter them out because they get so repetitive. At least yours are different than what I normally see. LOL. I used to have a crush on Burt Ward before I fell in love with Adam West. Mini chuckwagons is a cute one. I keep thinking of that old Chuckwagon dog food commercial. I thought you got a free little chuckwagon with real little people and horses driving it with every bag. Yes, I was a very disappointed child when I figured things out.
Oh Teeni- teeni- teeni- I had no idea it was you searching for Burt Ward nude… are you sure you want to out yourself like this? All this time I kept thinking it was a guy, a really creepy guy. Now I know why you don’t want to show your face online, you’re a pervert for vintage Batman.
So ummm I am just curious is your man dressing up like Batman for Halloween this year and do you call your bedroom the batcave or the bat lair?

I read Burt Ward’s bizarre book, “my Life in Tights”. It was quite weird, especially the shocking parties he and Adam West frequented. Those two are perverts. Aren’t all vintage panties pre-owned and broken in? EWWW

How do you know what search terms people use to find you? I’m always interested in that but my hit counter hardly ever tells me (it does sometimes though – my brother was a bit freaked out when I told him someone found me when they were searching for him!)

Hey Sarah use some sort of analytics for your site- like Google Analytics, or the feedjit widget on the side of my blog over there tells me what people are searching for from Google. Statcounter has analytics and they are better then Google, my blog log will tell you to what people are searching for. For really detailed analytics use Google Analytics on your site… works well with blogger – blogspot sites. Easy to implement too.
