A Coro Donkey, A Blue Owl, and More Vintage Jewelry

coro-donkeyNow that I have my husband has made over my blog to be more user friendly I want to try and use it more. I actually really like blogging… it’s just that my old template was so terribly cumbersome and I had to do a lot of editing just to get the pictures to look right in the posts. This is a major setback when you are blogging about vintage things… most people want to look at pictures of all the fun old goodies, not read about it. So here’s some pictures of some of the new goodies I have been listing in my shop on ETSY.

This cute donkey is signed Coro and has a lovely white rhinestone eye. He’s an older brooch signed with the plain Coro script and no copyright symbol.

Here’s another whimsical animal listing new to my store. This fun unsigned Faux turquoise owl necklace. He has a lovely faux turquoise cabochon belly, faux turquoise accents, and the most piercing green rhinestone eyes. HOOT!

I love this flower power brooch- it’s bright and orange! Since when did flowers have white polka dots though?

I love this floral hinge bracelet- it’s got the loveliest little flowers made up of faux pearls and faux turquoise accents. The back is mesh wrap around with faux pearl accents- very feminine.

All these flowers remind me of Spring- but since I love Autumn the best, I’ll leave you with this lovely leaf brooch. Not only is it signed Coro but it’s dated 1961 as well. Too bad all vintage jewelry doesn’t come with the manufacturers name and date- it would make it so much easier to research!

Maybe the white polka dots on the flowers are supposed to be dewdrops?
